     There are no excuses, if you think you have a legitimate reason to go behind the hall SPEAK

                                                         Club Rules

Higham Youth Club is for the young people of Higham and surrounding area aged between 11 and 16 years.
To ensure that all members enjoy the club activities it is necessary to have a few simple rules in place.

It is expected that while young people are in the Club:
Yellow & Red Card Rule

How this works?

If any of the Club rules are broken,

A
YELLOW card will be issued to the culprit and the Parent/Guardian will be informed of this matter.
If the Club rules are broken, during the next 4 times the youngster attends the club, a
RED card will be issued.

If a
RED card is issued, for whatever reason, the offender will be excluded from the club for 2 weeks.

If a member repeatedly floutes the rules and is spoiling the enjoyment of other members then that person will be excluded from the club permanently.

If a member is excluded from the club either short term or permanently then they are not to enter the Memorial Hall grounds on a club night.

The rules are in place to ensure everyone enjoys a trouble free time when attending the club or other activity.
If you feel any of the rules are harsh then please take the time to discuss this with a Volunteer;
BEFORE you break them!

If you think that the rules do not apply to you then you are wrong. The rules apply to all HYC members at all times when involved in an HYC organised activity.
