To apply for membership of Higham Youth Club please download and complete the application form and either;
Submit it via E Mail to WebMaster@highamyouthclub.co.uk
The first time you attend after your application has been processed* you will be asked to pay your £5.00 annual membership fee and sign your submitted form.
Your parents will also be required to sign the photograph consent section of the application form at the same time or your application will not be accepted.

If you wish to hand an application form in direct, print and complete it. Then bring it along to the next club night, with your £5.00 membership fee. Your parents must also complete and sign the photograph consent section or your application will not be accepted.
You will be issued with your membership card on the next club night you attend after signing your application and paying the membership fee.

before it will be ready for you to sign and pay your membership on a club night.

Photographs of Members
Occasionally, we may take photographs of the children at our Club or on activities as shown on this website.
From time to time, our club may be visited by the media who will take photographs or film footage of a visiting dignitary or other high profile event. Youngsters will often appear in these images, which may appear in local or national newspapers, or on televised news programmes.
To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, we need your parents or guardians permission before we can photograph or make any recordings which you may appear in.
There is a consent form which must be completed for all members, either giving consent or otherwise.
Your parent or guardian will be asked to complete the section on application to become a member.
If you are already a member and require a copy of the consent form download the application form and just have the consent section completed by your parents then bring it along to the next club night and hand it to the Leader
